Qualifications

• JD degree and U.S. bar admission.
• At least 4 years of vendor contract review/negotiation.
• Experience with data privacy, information security, and IT procurement.
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage change in a dynamic organization.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and AI regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and process vendor contracts.
• Develop and revise contract templates and negotiation principles.
• Catalog contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Facilitate cross-team communication among legal, technology, and business units.
• Educate firm members on contract processes.
