Qualifications

• At least 4 years of vendor contract review and negotiation experience
• Experience negotiating contracts related to data privacy, information security, and IT procurement
• Strong foundation in contract management and negotiation

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, analyze, negotiate, and process various vendor contracts.
• Participate in revising and developing contract templates and negotiation principles.
• Assist in cataloging contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
• Facilitate communication among legal, technology, and business teams.
• Educate firm members on contract issues and processes.
• Identify and support training and development needs
