Job summary

Morley is seeking a Remote Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator) to help customers nationwide return vehicles to manufacturers. You will ensure proper documentation and serve as a friendly, helpful point of contact during what can be a stressful time.

No auto experience is required as training is provided. The role is remote with shifts that fit the team’s hours, and it offers the chance for growth and benefits typical of Morley’s workforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center/retail/restaurant/etc).
• Ability to work shifts within the center's hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm ET; Rotational 11am-8pm ET.

Responsibilities

• Return vehicles to the auto manufacturer and ensure proper documentation.
• Serve as a friendly contact to help customers through the process and reduce friction.
