Confidential, a fast-growing U.S. online car auction marketplace, seeks a detail-oriented reviewer to verify seller documents and vehicle details for accuracy. This fully remote position requires strong English skills and CRM usage to manage listings efficiently.

You will prioritize listings, request corrections, and ensure completeness before moving items to the Listed stage, contributing to trust and efficiency in our marketplace.

Qualifications

• Near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistent documentation practices.
• Experience using a CRM system for case management.

Responsibilities

• Review seller documents, including vehicle titles and registration records, to verify authenticity and completeness.
• Inspect vehicle photos, trim levels, mileage, and other details, identifying inconsistencies and requesting corrections.
• Prioritize the Submitted queue and move qualified listings to the Listed stage efficiently.
