Jobgether is seeking a Listing Verification Specialist to maintain accuracy and quality of vehicle listings on a U.S.-based online car marketplace. The role is fully remote, collaborating with the Listing Team, reviewing seller documents, and contacting U.S. sellers to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent English, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable using CRM tools. Full-time, remote hours align with U.S. business times.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation skills.
• Near-native English with ability to communicate with U.S. sellers.
• Experience with outbound calls and SMS to verify information.
• Proficient using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Willing to work full-time during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Review seller documents and vehicle listings for authenticity and accuracy.
• Verify photos, mileage, and listing details; request corrections as needed.
• Prioritize queue and move listings to Listed stage promptly.
• Contact U.S. sellers by phone/text to confirm information.
• Answer questions and escalate complex inquiries to listing agent.
• Tag leads in CRM and monitor cancellation risks with scripts.
• Provide notes to Listing Team and meet productivity targets.
