Job summary

Morley is seeking a Remote Vehicle Return Clerk (Repurchase Coordinator) to manage the buyback process for vehicles between manufacturers and customers. You’ll coordinate cases, communicate with owners, dealers, and lenders, and ensure a smooth return experience from home.

No banking or mortgage background required; training provided. Must pass background checks and have strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail. Michigan remote residents welcome.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to work shifts within center hours: Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET; rotational shift 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET.

Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation.
• Manage communications between vehicle owner, auto dealer, and lending institution.
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer.
• Provide timely, accurate solutions through phone, chat, email and other communications.
