Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday to Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET; rotational 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET.

Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy.
• Assemble case documentation.
• Coordinate communications among owner, dealer and lending institution.
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer.
• Provide timely solutions through inbound/outbound conversations via calls, chats, emails and other channels.
