Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking a remote Vehicle Return Clerk (Repurchase Coordinator) to manage the return of vehicles eligible for buyback between a major auto manufacturer and customers. You will handle cases and use your customer service skills to make the process easy and hassle-free for all parties involved.

No prior banking or auto dealership experience required; training provided. Michigan residents only; remote work with daytime shifts and a strong benefits program and supportive

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience (3+ years preferred); e.g., call center, retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern; rotational shifts 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET.

Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy.
• Assemble case documentation.
• Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer and lending institution.
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer.
• Offer timely solutions through inbound/outbound conversations (phone, chat, email) with a positive attitude.
