Job summary

Morley is seeking a remote Vehicle Return Clerk to coordinate buybacks between auto manufacturers and customers. You will manage cases and communicate with owners, dealers, and lenders to streamline the process from home.

No prior banking or auto industry exposure required; training is provided. The role emphasizes strong attention to detail and friendly, proactive customer service in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.).
• Ability to work shifts: Mon-Fri 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET; rotational 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET; no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy.
• Assemble case documentation.
• Manage communications between car owner, auto dealer and lending institution.
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer.
• Provide timely solutions via phone, chat, email and other channels.
