Job summary

Morley is seeking a Remote Vehicle Return Clerk (Repurchase Coordinator) to help arrange buybacks for vehicles between a major auto manufacturer and customers. You will manage cases and communicate with owners, dealers and lenders while delivering a smooth, hassle-free process.

No prior banking or mortgage experience required—training is provided. The role supports a remote work setup with standard daytime hours and potential scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience (three or more years preferred).
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET; rotational shift 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET.

Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy.
• Assemble case documentation.
• Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer and lending institution.
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound communications (phone, chat, email) with a positive attitude.
