Job summary

Morley is seeking a remote Vehicle Return Clerk (Repurchase Coordinator) to help arrange buybacks between automakers and customers. You will manage cases, assemble documentation and coordinate communications among owners, dealers and lenders to ensure a smooth return process.

No banking or mortgage background required; training will be provided. The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, reliable scheduling and excellent customer service from a home-based setup in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience (three or more years preferred).
• Able to work shifts within operation hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm ET; Rotational 11am-8pm ET.

Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy.
• Assemble case documentation.
• Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer and lending institution.
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions through inbound/outbound communications.
