Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Centralized Vehicle Appraiser to review electronically submitted trade and sell offers, negotiate pricing, and determine financially sound purchasing decisions. This remote role focuses on assessing vehicle condition, reconditioning costs, and inventory strategy to support our nationwide operations.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of virtual vehicle appraisal experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience in procuring quality vehicles that meet company standards.
• 3 years experience in virtual vehicle appraising.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Acquire used-car inventory through direct contacts, generated leads, and inquiries.
• Appraise vehicles, assess condition, negotiate price and make purchasing decisions.
• Ensure timely processing of all leads and understand market trends.
