Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering or supporting Veeva CRM or Salesforce in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• 6+ years preferred.
• Veeva Vault CRM experience.
• CRM integrations and APIs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, security, layouts, workflows, and business processes.
• Provide day-to-day platform administration, issue resolution, and user support.
• Conduct client discovery, workshops, deployment activities, and ongoing optimization.
