Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a remote-based Veeva CRM Platform Manager to lead platform strategy, governance, and client-focused services. You will partner with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM platform solutions and managed services.

Required strong CRM leadership experience, Veeva Vault CRM proficiency, and a track record of delivering client-facing offerings. This role offers a primarily remote work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years CRM or commercial platforms experience in pharma/healthcare.
5+ years with Veeva CRM or Vault CRM, incl. Llign, Network, OpenData, Engage, Approved Email.
Leadership of CRM implementations and managed services.
Experience with Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or Medical Affairs.
Strong client-facing engagement and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Must work well in US time zones (Eastern/Central preferred).

Responsibilities

Define the Veeva Vault platform vision and roadmap aligned to strategy.
Evaluate new Veeva capabilities and develop client-facing offerings.
Manage feature backlog, release roadmap, and priorities.
Lead solution design for client implementations on Veeva Vault CRM.
Standardize implementation methodologies, playbooks, and accelerators.
Build integrations with data lake and analytics environments.
Establish governance for platform configuration, security, releases, and compliance.
Coordinate Veeva releases, testing, and production readiness.
Develop AI and Vault capabilities roadmap and pilots.
