Job summary

Hexagon Multivista seeks a seasoned VDC Technology Field Manager to guide field teams in BIM creation, data capture, and analytics across complex projects. You will liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are met and KPIs achieved.

Role combines remote work with on-site engagement at Wilson, NC and travel up to 100%. Requires strong BIM knowledge, Revit/Navisworks mastery, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years supporting and implementing VDC processes across projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and field classification processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to coordinate data capture, BIM creation and analytics with client and field activities.
• Facilitate and lead customer engagement, communications and interactions to understand project requirements.
• Drive success through collaboration with clients and internal teams to meet KPIs and project goals.
