• 4–10 years of experience in virtual design and construction or similar technical modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree acceptable.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and advanced project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Complete conceptual design packages using design software with project leaders.
• Analyze past projects to recommend electrical and automation practices.
• Resolve issues with project leaders and present effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams in person or virtually.
• Mentor team members through delegation and feedback.
• Set project direction and establish the deliverable schedule.
• Assess risks and implement design strategies using VDC software.
• Communicate updates to all impacted team members.
