Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Emerging Growth/Venture Capital experience.
• Direct experience at AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Familiarity with NVCA, seriesseed.com and Y Combinator forms.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with partners, lawyers, clients, staff, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, meet deadlines, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply research to facts.
• Provide timely, accurate, and well-reasoned work product.
• Travel as required for client meetings and advocacy.
