• Experience in accounting or financial management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management company accounting operations, including accounts payable and general ledger activities.
• Review and approve vendor invoices and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
• Process accounts payable transactions promptly and allocate to the correct entities.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile credit card statements.
• Support intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Assist with payroll oversight and GP approvals.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and cash flow management.
• Help with the annual 1099 reporting process.
