Job summary

Viridis Fund Solutions seeks a seasoned fund accounting professional to oversee financial reporting for multiple venture capital funds. You will report to a Fund Controller / Vice President and supervise 1-3 fund accountants/senior fund accountants.

Core duties include reviewing journal entries in Allvue, supporting the annual audit, and managing cash flow needs. Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel proficiency are essential; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5–10 years of experience in public accounting (ideally with investment management) or fund accounting at an asset management firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Allvue is a plus.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily/weekly journal entries in Allvue in connection with fund activity.
• Review schedules and provide support in connection with the annual audit.
• Assist in managing cash flow needs.
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks and deadlines related to the above.
