Job summary

Kyivstar is looking for a specialist to drive the planning and development of VAS and policy control solutions supporting millions of customers. This position involves managing critical telecom service platforms leveraging cutting-edge LTE and 5G technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network architecture and policy control, strong collaboration skills, and will be involved in end-to-end project management. Upskilling opportunities and a benefits package including health insurance will also be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE network architecture.
• Hands-on experience with policy control, charging, and packet core elements.
• Good understanding of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols.
• Solid IP networking knowledge.
• English levels: Pre-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the development strategy and lifecycle management of PCRF platform.
• Lead introduction of new services and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for scalable technical solutions.
• Drive vendor engagement and evaluate proposals.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities.
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and architecture.
• Support critical maintenance activities in production environments.
