Job summary
Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to collaborate with enterprise customers, translating business needs into systems and processes for large-scale technology solutions. You will lead engagements with senior stakeholders, drive adoption, and maintain relationships to ensure customer success.
You will leverage PM, FinOps, and agile management knowledge across Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow and Apptio while working in a flexible remote environment within Broadcom’s Agile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a tech or business discipline.
- 12+ years of related experience or relevant master’s degree.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate into software solutions.
- Strong background with PM, FinOps, portfolio management, and agile tools.
- Understanding of SAFe and Agile frameworks; strong presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
- Lead adoption activities with key customers.
- Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
- Direct team members within assigned accounts to ensure success.
- Demonstrate and present value-focused roadmaps to customers.
