Job summary
Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to join the ValueOps Domain Specialist team. You will translate complex business requirements into portfolio and agile management solutions, engage with large enterprise customers, and lead adoption activities within strategic accounts.
You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure consistency across solutions while driving value for Fortune 2000 customers in a flexible remote environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience; or Master's degree and 10+ years of related experience.
- Ability to translate customer business problems into software solutions.
- Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio and others.
- Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
- Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management for cross-solution synergy.
- Lead engagements in select enterprise customers within the territory.
- Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
