Travel Career Hub is seeking a detail-oriented Vacation Planning Support Representative for a fully remote, entry-level role helping clients research and plan travel experiences. You will help clients research destinations, coordinate itineraries, and manage travel details from inquiry to confirmed reservations.

Structured training and ongoing mentorship are provided to support your development in the travel industry, with emphasis on clear communication and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with online systems and digital platforms is preferred.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Hospitality or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages for clients.
Assist with reservations and confirmation processes.
Communicate travel details, timelines, and requirements clearly.
Review booking information for accuracy and completeness.
