Job summary

Travel Career Hub is seeking a detail-oriented Vacation Planning Support Representative for a fully remote, entry-level position. No prior travel experience is required, as structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you assist clients with researching and coordinating travel experiences.

You will research destinations, assist with reservations, and maintain accurate client records while delivering high-quality customer service in a flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting.
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities
