Job summary

Destination Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Vacation Planning Support Representative to help clients research, coordinate, and organize travel experiences from inquiry through confirmed reservations. This fully remote role supports the planning process end-to-end.

No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship, access to booking platforms, and a flexible remote environment that suits self-motivated professionals who enjoy helping

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting.
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide support during the reservation and confirmation process
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding travel details, timelines, and requirements
• Review booking information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records of client preferences and itineraries
• Provide follow-up support before and after travel
