Destination Careers is seeking a dependable Vacation Support Specialist to assist our travel planning team. This remote role is ideal for organized, tech-savvy individuals who enjoy behind-the-scenes work in travel.

You'll research trips, prepare quotes and itineraries, coordinate with suppliers, track payments, and distribute documents. Training is provided and there are opportunities to grow into planning or sales roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or travel admin
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Familiar with email, online platforms, basic spreadsheets
• Training provided; no travel cert required
