Job summary

Destinationknot is seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish.

As a remote role, you will use established booking platforms to arrange flights, hotels, and itineraries, while communicating with clients and suppliers to confirm bookings and provide destination guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and details simultaneously.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online systems.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or logistics.
• Previous experience in customer service, travel planning, hospitality, or coordination is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Assist clients with travel planning and destination recommendations based on their preferences.
• Organize and maintain detailed travel itineraries and reservation confirmations.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and availability.
• Provide guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Assist travelers with questions or itinerary adjustments when needed.
• Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information.
