Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking a Remote Guest Services Advisor to help clients plan vacations, coordinate details, and manage documentation from home.

You will assist with travel options within the U.S. and internationally, booking cruises, resorts, tours, and packages, and providing support before and after reservations.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, enjoy travel planning, and can work independently in a flexible remote environment with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to assist clients in making decisions and comparing options.
• Interest in vacation planning and destinations worldwide.
• Sales awareness or ability to build relationships with clients.
• Personal travel experience is a plus.
• Additional language skills are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with planning leisure travel within the U.S. and internationally.
• Coordinate cruises, resort stays, tours, and vacation packages.
• Prepare confirmations, trip details, and booking documents.
• Support clients before and after reservations are finalized.
• Recommend optional experiences to enhance trips.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Use approved booking platforms to review travel options.
• Stay informed on destination updates and supplier offerings.
