Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Understand client preferences, requirements, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and available options.
• Present suitable vacation and reservation options to clients.
• Assist with reservations and related requests.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Monitor payments, deadlines, confirmations, and follow-up requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers when necessary.
• Respond to client questions and assist with resolving concerns.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain organized records within CRM and other company systems.
• Identify additional services that may be relevant to client needs.
• Complete administrative and customer-service tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the client relationship.
