Job summary

EM Key Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to support the VA Healthcare Identity Management contract. The PM will serve as the primary liaison between EMKS and Government stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance, managing project performance, budgets, and schedule adherence.

The role focuses on identifying and resolving data anomalies in the VA MPI system, developing training for contractor personnel, and delivering detailed performance metrics and status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field.
• Experience in Identity Management and/or Data Management.
• 3+ years of project management on teams of 25+ people and $2.5M+ annual value.
• Federal Healthcare project management experience.
• Project Management certification and/or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract compliance with FAR and SOW.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams and government stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities for contract growth and BD activities.
• Develop and maintain training programs for contractor personnel.
