Job summary

EM Key Solutions seeks a Program Manager to support the VA Healthcare Identity Management contract. You will act as the primary liaison between EMKS and Government stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance and managing performance, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires strong analytical/data management skills, experience with identity management, and the ability to develop training programs for contractor personnel while delivering detailed performance metrics and status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field.
• Experience in Identity Management and/or Data Management.
• 3+ years of Project management on large projects (≥25 personnel, ≥$2.5M annual value).
• Federal Healthcare project management experience.
• PM certification and/or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between EMKS and Government stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, agency policies, and SOW.
• Oversee resolution of identity data discrepancies and verification requests.
• Monitor project metrics and prepare reports for Government review.
• Coordinate contractor staff and training plans.
• Support process improvement and growth initiatives.
