Job summary

EM Key Solutions, Inc. (EMKS) seeks a Program Manager to support the VA Healthcare Identity Management (HC IdM) contract.

The PM will serve as the primary liaison between EMKS and Government stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance, managing project performance, and maintaining schedule adherence. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving identity data anomalies, overseeing budgets, coordinating contractor activities, and developing a comprehensive training program for contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related field.
• Experience in Identity Management and/or Data Management.
• 3+ years of Project management on projects with 25+ personnel and a minimum annual value of $2.5M.
• Federal Healthcare project management experience.
• Project Management certification and/or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between EMKS and Government stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the resolution of duplicate records, identity data discrepancies, and verification requests within the VA MPI system.
• Monitor project metrics and prepare regular reports for Government review.
• Coordinate contractor staff activities and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Develop, maintain, and administer contractor training plans.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Provide leadership with strategic direction for contract operations and growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for contract expansion and scope growth while maintaining Government relationships.
• Support business development including capture, proposal development, and transition planning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategies and expansion into Federal agencies.
