Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a UX Researcher to shape and improve the player experience. You will conduct research, uncover behavioral insights, and translate findings into actionable product decisions.

You’ll partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure decisions are grounded in real user needs. This high-impact role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity and aims to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on UX research with portfolio/case studies.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Visily for wireframes, prototyping, and flows.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and surveys (moderated and unmoderated).
• Familiarity with analytics and behavioral tools such as Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset—synthesize data into clear, prioritized insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies across the player journey.
• Analyze user behavior with analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, and funnels.
• Conduct structured competitive analysis of sweepstakes casino UX.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to translate insights into design decisions.
• Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Developers to embed insights.
• Document and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Champion user-centered design and accessibility standards.
