Job summary

Wargaming’s Center for Player Insights is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to champion player needs and inform product decisions across live-service and in-development titles. You will partner with game teams to plan and run in-lab and remote studies, translating findings into actionable recommendations that influence roadmaps and player experience quality.

You’ll manage studies end-to-end, ensure ethical practices, and synthesize insights tailored to cross-functional teams while staying

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on UX or user research in a business environment.
Experience running in-lab and remote usability studies, playtests, focus groups, and interviews.
Strong grasp of UX research theory and qualitative methods.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and run research across the product lifecycle, in person and remotely.
Translate stakeholder questions into actionable research objectives and hypotheses.
Manage end-to-end studies: scoping, design, recruitment, moderation, analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Coordinate with Research Operations on recruitment and incentives and lab setups.
Synthesize insights into clear recommendations tailored to game teams.
Contribute to Center for Player Insights’ research strategy and best practices.
