Job summary

Wargaming's Center for Player Insights is hiring an experienced UX Researcher to champion player needs and inform product decisions across live-service and in-development titles. You will partner with game teams, including UX Design, Game Design, Product Management, and Product Analytics, to frame research questions, select methods, and run studies both in-lab and remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on UX or user research experience in a business environment.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of studies, independently scoping and delivering research.
• Strong moderation skills for in-lab and remote studies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and run research across the product lifecycle (usability tests, playtests, diary studies, concept testing, focus groups, interviews).
• Translate stakeholder questions into research objectives and hypotheses with sampling plans.
• Manage studies end-to-end: scoping, design, recruitment oversight, moderation, analysis, reporting, and presentations.
