Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support a high-volume UX Research vendor operations function. Remote role with CST and PST coverage, owning engagements from intake through SOW, PO, and invoicing.

You will proactively drive progress, coordinate researchers, vendors, and approvers, and maintain KPI/SLA data while implementing process improvements across the vendor lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vendor engagements from intake to contract execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written updates on status, risks, and blockers.
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, contracting, or vendor management.
• Experience using AI tools to increase productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for researchers navigating vendor and procurement processes.
• Own vendor engagements from intake through SOW, PO, and invoicing; drive progress.
• Manage a portfolio of active engagements; ensure ongoing progression to completion.
• Coordinate across researchers, contract associates, vendors, approvers, and leadership.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders and create urgency when actions are outstanding.
• Identify blockers, propose solutions, elevate as needed, and drive resolution.
• Provide proactive written updates to managers and stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs to prevent delays; maintain KPI/SLA data integrity.
• Maintain vendor resources, documentation, and toolkits; drive process improvements.
