You will collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Data Science, driving research plans, conducting interviews and tests, and shaping product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience at senior level or equivalent
• Strong quantitative research expertise in designing, fielding and analyzing large or complex surveys
• Deep knowledge of core UX research methods and selecting appropriate methodologies
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable product and design recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
• Experience presenting research and recommendations to leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end to end UX research using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods
• Design, field, and analyze large scale and complex consumer surveys
• Develop research plans, survey instruments, discussion guides, and study materials
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, diary studies, concept testing, and other research as appropriate
• Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights, frameworks, and recommendations
• Present research findings through clear, concise reports, readouts, and workshops
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Content, Data Science, and other stakeholders
• Influence product direction through research and strong stakeholder relationships
• Support rapid research cycles that inform iterative product development
• Utilize AI tools throughout the research workflow
