Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Associate Experience Design Researcher to support user research across the product lifecycle. This entry-level role focuses on understanding customer needs and improving digital experiences for financial services customers.

You will learn to conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and diary studies in a remote-first team. You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate findings into actionable recommendations and deliverables

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Design, Information Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, with academic, internship, extracurricular, or other UX/research project experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of UX research methods, practices, and the product research lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Curiosity, empathy, and genuine interest in understanding user needs and behaviors.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when managing research data and multiple activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with research and design tools such as Lyssna, HeyMarvin, Figma, UserTesting, Dovetail, or Optimal Workshop is beneficial.
• Exposure to accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to create clear, straightforward research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and slide presentations.
• Willingness to learn new research techniques, tools, and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and conducting user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and diary studies.
• Recruit, screen, and schedule research participants while maintaining organized research workflows.
• Collect, organize, and document qualitative and quantitative research data.
• Analyze research findings and contribute to identifying meaningful patterns, themes, and user insights.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare research documentation, reports, presentations, and other materials that communicate findings clearly.
• Support the creation of research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and presentation decks.
• Contribute to efforts that promote accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered product development.
• Stay current with UX research methodologies, tools, trends, and industry best practices.
• Take on additional research and team responsibilities as needed.
