Job summary

Match Group's Affinity division is seeking a mixed methods User Researcher (UXR) to guide research for dating and social connection apps across brands like BLK, Chispa, and Upward. You will partner with leadership, product managers, and designers to uncover opportunities, validate solutions, and explain the why behind trends observed in analytics data.

This six-month temporary, remote-position offers the chance to influence multiple Affinity apps, present insights in compelling ways, and help

Qualifications

1+ years of experience conducting user research in a product environment (B2C or B2B)
Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing (moderated and/or unmoderated)
Experience creating surveys and analyzing results to determine user attitudes and behaviors
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to share research with designers and executives
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Conduct research initiatives that drive brand improvements using rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods
Foster deep understanding of various user segments for Affinity apps
Generate actionable insights to drive stakeholder decision making across initiatives
Communicate insights through reports and in-person presentations
Partner with Design and Product to embed research into practice and mentor tests run by design or PMs
