Job summary
Jobgether SRL seeks a seasoned researcher who blends user research, analytics, and strategy to optimize a large-scale global digital presence. You will own the research lifecycle from discovery to measurement, turning behavioral data into actionable insights to guide product, marketing, design, and technology decisions.
You will establish scalable research standards, support AI-enabled workflows, and partner with global stakeholders to accelerate insights and impact.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in user research, digital experience, or conversion optimization.
- Proven experience defining and leading user research strategies, programs, or roadmaps.
- Strong mix of qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
- Hands-on experience with analytics, personalization, and experimentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the user research strategy and roadmap across teams.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives including testing and interviews.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify insights and opportunities for product decisions.
- Define web measurement strategies and communicate findings through dashboards and exec-level presentations.
- Own the experimentation program with A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversions.
