Job summary

Availity is seeking an Associate User Experience Designer for a remote role in the United States. You will craft user-centered, visually compelling experiences that align with business goals, translating research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design patterns.

You will produce user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals while collaborating with UX, research, product, and engineering teams. We emphasize accessibility and a consistent brand experience across touchpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, New Media, Interactive Digital Media or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Over two years of experience designing digital products with strong visual design and UX processes.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design and UX thinking, including high-fidelity work and concept exploration.

Responsibilities

Articulate design goals and outcomes with stakeholders to build a shared vision.
Collaborate with UX, research, product, and engineering teams.
Weave experiences across platforms to tell a consistent brand story across touchpoints.
Design exciting, innovative experiences and build understanding of products and services.
Produce user flows and wireframes to communicate design vision based on research findings.
Advocate for accessibility and prioritize accessible features.
