Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a mid-level UX Designer to join the AI Forge Product Team.

You will shape intuitive experiences that help technical and nontechnical users understand, produce, verify, and evolve AI-enabled software solutions. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, AI, architecture, quality, and delivery teams to translate complex workflows into clear journeys and interfaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX or related field and 3+ years of experience.
Portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking and shipped outcomes.
Strong user-centered design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Experience with accessibility and WCAG-informed practices.

Responsibilities

Own UX activities from discovery through validated design for AI Forge capabilities.
Translate complex workflows into usable product experiences.
Design human–AI interactions with status, sources, confidence, limitations, and actions.
Create user flows, journey maps, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces.
Plan and conduct user interviews, workflow observations, usability studies, and design validation.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine requirements and outcomes.
Contribute reusable components and accessibility standards to the design system.
Document design rationale and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
