Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a self-starting Product Designer to shape AI-powered experiences across our enterprise SaaS platform. You will work within the AI Experience team to translate advanced AI capabilities into usable, explainable, and responsible product experiences for HR professionals, managers, and employees.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Design System partners to define requirements, prototype solutions, and validate usability.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping enterprise SaaS or complex workflow experiences.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping early concepts.
• Strong craft in interaction design and product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered product experiences across Dayforce with enterprise workflows.
• Shape interaction models for human + AI collaboration and explainable AI actions.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to frame opportunities and trade-offs.
• Conduct discovery, concept testing, and usability testing with UX Research support.
• Create prototypes and internal demos to communicate AI capabilities to leadership and teams.
• Develop reusable design patterns and heuristics for agentic experiences (routing, orchestration, monitors).
• Translate technical capabilities into approachable user experiences for configuration, monitoring and trust.
• Design for transparency, explainability, privacy, and responsible AI in regulated environments.
• Contribute to Dayforce Design System to ensure consistent AI patterns across product areas.
• Facilitate AI design workshops and present work to executives and stakeholders.
• Support recruiting processes including portfolio reviews and interviews.
