Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of professional UX design experience.
• Proven experience with full UX design process including IA, user flows, and wireframes.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools.
• Experience creating high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design AI-powered experiences and prompt-based interfaces.
• Ensure ethical design, visibility, bias mitigation, and user agency.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align goals.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and metrics.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met.
• Share design insights and trends with the team.
