Job summary

VOLTO Consulting seeks an experienced UX Designer in Jersey City, NJ to create human-centered experiences for an Enterprise AI Agentic Platform. You will develop personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating with business stakeholders to uncover user needs and adoption considerations across lines.

You will define UX patterns for explainability and safe AI adoption, work with UI developers to ensure fidelity, and maintain accessibility through reusable components and style

Qualifications

• Must have 6–15 years of experience in UX design.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, XD, Sketch).
• Experience with information architecture and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design human-centered experiences for enterprise AI platforms and dashboards.
• Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and adoption considerations.
• Define UX patterns for explainability, transparency, auditability, and safe AI adoption.
• Work with UI developers to ensure fidelity during implementation.
• Conduct usability reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain design consistency with reusable components and accessibility checks.
