Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Content Writer for a 6-month contract. You will craft in-app content, UI microcopy, and help files, preserving brand voice and accuracy across product updates.

Collaborating with Product Leaders and Engineers, you will manage the content release calendar, write technical help documents, and support the Help Center and Resource Hub, while applying AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, UX writing, technical communications, or journalism.
• Strong XML and HTML experience for UI content.
• Experience writing content in product-focused or technical environments.
• Experience structuring language for XML/JSON formats.
• Experience with CMS and agile workflows; AI-assisted drafting.
• Portfolio of instructional content and UI microcopy.

Responsibilities

• User-centered content writing for product UI and communications.
• Author and maintain assessments within Content Platform.
• Sustain and update product content across releases and Help Center.
• Manage content release calendar and publish to Resource Hub.
• Collaborate with Product Leaders and Engineers on UI content.
