Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, is seeking a UX Designer for a client project. This remote, four-month assignment focuses on UX writing, content strategy, and AI content initiatives across product UI and documentation.

You will collaborate with design and research teams to shape golden data, create help center content, and ensure consistent, user-focused experiences across digital touchpoints. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with UX writing, content design, and product UI.
• Experience developing content strategies for AI/LLM products.
• Experience collaborating with UX, product design, and research teams.
• Experience creating Help Center or technical documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine product UI content and UX writing in partnership with design and research teams.
• Develop content strategy and AI content strategies to improve model outputs.
• Apply content judgment to create and curate golden data and system instructions.
• Develop Help Center and standalone documentation as needed.
• Ensure clear, consistent, user-focused content across digital experiences.
