• Apply UX writing principles, style guides, accessibility, and user research to content decisions.
• Explain content rationale to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
• Manage feedback loops with stakeholders and respond constructively to input.
• Use Jira to track, prioritize, and deliver work within an Agile sprint process.
