We are seeking a Pharmacist with PBM experience to supervise a remote team of clinical pharmacists, manage prior authorizations, and drive clinical program outreach while maintaining high patient-care standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience.
• Experience in customer service, call center and prior authorization required.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote, high-volume call center environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver.
• Have a designated workspace with wired internet and secure setup.
• 2+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a PBM setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of clinical pharmacists handling phone escalations, prior authorization reviews, and clinical programs outreach.
• Set goals and regularly review performance of direct reports with coaching as needed.
• Train staff and onboard new clinical pharmacists, developing policies and procedures.
• Analyze data with leadership to suggest staffing, workflow and system enhancements.
• Perform day-to-day clinical pharmacy functions including prior authorization, appeals, and education calls.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics while delivering high-quality customer service.
