Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience.
• Experience in customer service, call center and prior authorization required.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote, high-volume call center environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team.
• Have a dedicated workspace that is secure and quiet during work hours.
• Reliable wired internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber).
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• 2+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a PBM setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of clinical pharmacists handling phone escalations, prior authorizations, and program outreach.
• Set goals, review performance, and coach direct reports.
• Train staff and onboard new clinical pharmacists, developing job aids and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze data and improve staffing, workflow, and systems.
• Identify career development opportunities for employees.
• Perform day-to-day clinical pharmacy functions, including prior authorizations and education calls.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics while maintaining quality and service.
• Support clinical programs with triage, outreach, and provider engagement.
• Provide on-call support for after-hours emergencies on rotating schedule.
• Work with internal teams on clinical interventions, data review, and client onboarding.
• Assist manager, Utilization Management with additional duties.
